Solderless breadboards are valuable tools for prototyping and design applications. They allow electronic components to be interconnected in thousands of ways to produce working circuits without the need for soldering, tools or causing damage to your circuit board. The breadboard is made up of formed metal sockets inserted into a durable plastic housing, holding them firmly in place. The pattern is a useful combination of isolated tie points which serve as discrete points in the circuit, as well as a continuous bus structure which distributes power and provides common ground points. Our durable breadboards feature nickel plated clips designed to withstand 5,000 insertion cycles and cone with an ample supply of jumper wires for convenient breadboarding. Low static CMOS safe construction features screen printed color coordinates. Heavy-duty aluminum backing with voltage and grounding posts are included with each breadboard except the WB-102 which comes with a light duty adhesive aluminum static shield backing. Ideal for educational electronics environments and prototype development.
