At first,\u00a0the switch is in Normally Closed (<strong>NC<\/strong>) mode. the\u00a0lever terminal\u00a0<strong>C<\/strong>\u00a0or the move-able contact is connected to the\u00a0<strong>NC<\/strong>\u00a0terminal and there is no contact between the\u00a0<strong>C<\/strong>\u00a0and Normally Open (<strong>NO<\/strong>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore initially green LED glows which is connected at the\u00a0<strong>NC\u00a0<\/strong>terminal of the\u00a0switch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When slight force is imposed on the liver terminal or when it is pressed down the&nbsp;C&nbsp;and&nbsp;NO&nbsp;terminals get connected and the blue LED glows as there is now contact established between the&nbsp;<strong>C&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>NO<\/strong>&nbsp;terminals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the application we can use the&nbsp;<strong>SPDT micro switch in NC or NO mode, separately or simultaneously.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-make-microswitch-so-great\"><strong>What make Microswitch so great?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the year, the microswitch has been integrated into the design of our everyday life appliances. From the refrigerator light to the automatic door, the microswitch had been there however hidden. Today, microswitches are in 3D printers, smart appliances such as microwaves, air fryers, power tools.
