Our slimline 1U steel and aluminum rackmount enclosure is a simple, elegant way to mount any number of low profile electronics securely in a standard equipment rack.
These sturdy rackmount enclosures have a textured black painted finish on both the 300mm deep steel chassis and the predrilled 1U by 19 inch aluminum faceplate. This enclosure's bottom and four sides are higher strength steel with cooling vents placed along the side and assembled along the joints with screws, making them suitable to use as a complete equipment chassis. The front is a separate, substantial piece of aluminum that can be modified in any number of ways to house a vast array of small equipment inside a rack, or the chassis can serve as the base for a completely home built project.
