Perform critical real-time analysis and RF device characterization with one instrument! Siglent’s SSA3075X-R is an all-in-one real-time spectrum analyzer with 1-path-2-port vector network analysis and distance-to-fault functions for S-parameter measurement, cable, and antenna testing.
The multifunctional unit offers a frequency range from 9 kHz~7.5 GHz and can provide multi-dimensional data displays, advanced triggering, and RF data capturing to solve RF spectrum challenges like hopping frequency, conflict channel, spectrum interference, and analog/digial modulation analysis.
Take your unit to the next level with optional add-ons including an advanced measurement kit, analog modulation analysis mode, digital modulation analysis mode, and EMI measurement mode. You can also upgrade the real-time bandwidth (25MHz out of the box) to 40MHz.
Along with industry-leading, high-precision specifications, the unit offers a large 10.1 inch touchscreen display and user-friendly interface with mouse and keyboard support, as well as web browser remote control and mobile terminals.

SIGLENT SSA3000X-R real-time spectrum analyzers are powerful and flexible tools for complex RF signal monitoring and analysis. The multi-functional units include vector network analysis and distance-to-fault functionality, and can be upgraded to include advanced measurement kit, digital and analog modulation analysis mode, and EMI measurement mode.
With a capability of 40 MHz analysis bandwidth and 7.2 µs 100% POI, the multi-functional units can be used for a variety of applications, including broadcast monitoring/evaluation, cellular site, IoT, WiFi, Bluetooth surveying, research and development, education, production, and maintenance.
The main difference between units are frequency range and the tracking generator specs.
