Products are shipped from our Tempe, Arizona warehouse via UPS at standard rates. All shipments are subject to UPS's terms and conditions. You may choose from a number of options ranging from standard ground shipping to Next Day Air. Shipping rates are determined by your shipping method selection, the zip code of your shipping address, and the weight/size of the package. Our UPS shipping process is automated so we can ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed before 2 PM Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the same day. UPS does not deliver on weekends. Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or after 2 PM MST on Friday will be processed the next business day.
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
Products are shipped from our Tempe, Arizona warehouse via USPS at standard rates. All shipments are subject to USPS's terms and conditions. You may choose from a number of options ranging from First Class Mail to Priority Mail. Shipping rates are determined by your shipping method selection, the zip code of your shipping address, and the weight/size of the package.
Orders placed before 11 AM Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM MST, on the weekend, holidays, or Fridays will be processed the next business day.

Some products — typically listed as "Limited availability," "Special Order," or "Ships in 1–2 business days" — must be specially ordered, usually resulting in a 1–2 business day delay. Please contact us for an estimated delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most countries. Some items — for example, hazardous chemicals — are ineligible for export. We cannot offer free shipping on international orders and, in most cases, additional fees like duties and taxes will be charged upon arrival in your country.
You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and any other fees required by your country once your order has shipped. If your order is refused on arrival, shipping and any additional feeds incurred will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping fees and the cost of any shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging products are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
