The Rigol DS1104Z Plus is a high-performance 4-channel 100Mhz digital oscilloscope designed for the debugging, designing, and educational requirements of the mainstream digital oscilloscope market. When combined with RPL1116 probe (purchased separately), the unit can provide up to 16 digital channels, allowing users to measure analog and digital signals at the same time. 

The oscilloscope incorporates Rigol’s innovative UltraVision Technology, combining advanced intensity-graded color display and analysis capabilities with deep memory (up to 24MPts), high waveform capture rate (up to 30,000 wfms/s), and real-time waveform recording and playback (up to 60,000 frames).
